Do you make all of your labels in the USA?
Our labels are 100% manufactured out of Chicago, IL in our little studio. They are made, cut, and shipped out of the same studio.
What materials are your quilt labels made from?
Our labels are made from 100% cotton with permanent textile ink and an adhesive backing to prevent fraying.
Can I customize my label?
Yes! You can personalize your label with a name, date, special message, or shop branding.
What fonts and colors are available?
We offer a curated selection of fonts and colors designed for readability and longevity. If you have a specific request, let us know!
Are your labels able to be machine stitched?
Yes! Our labels are able to be hand and machine stitched. Our labels are thinner than normal batting.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, plus shipping. If you need a rush order, please contact us before purchasing.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We keep previous orders on file for easy reordering. Just reach out when you're ready for more.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! If you’re gifting quilt labels to a fellow crafter, we can include a special note with your order. We also offer gift cards!

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within continental US, with international shipping available upon request.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll make it right!
