To keep your labels in top condition, wash with a mild detergent in lukewarm water, just like your heirlooms. Use a gentle cycle to protect the fabric, and avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fibers. Tumble dry on low heat and remove while still damp to prevent shrinkage.
